Kybridia Studio ("we", "us", "our") is a 3D animation studio based in London, United Kingdom. We operate the website kybridia.com and handle enquiries submitted through it.

For the purposes of UK GDPR, Kybridia Studio is the data controller for personal information collected via this website.

Contact form submissions: name, email address, company name (optional), project type, and message content. We collect this information solely to respond to your enquiry.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising pixels on this website. No data is collected passively as you browse.

To respond to your project enquiry and conduct any resulting business relationship. This is our only purpose for collecting contact data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use Resend (resend.com) to transmit contact form submissions to our inbox. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes data only as instructed. Their privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy.

We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically, responding to inbound project enquiries. Where a business relationship follows, processing continues on the basis of contract performance.

Enquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and for up to three years thereafter for business record purposes. Data relating to active client projects is retained for the duration of the project plus seven years in accordance with standard UK accounting requirements.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@kybridia.com.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; request restriction of processing; and data portability.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data transmitted via the contact form is encrypted in transit.
